Amazon Representatives - ryanchiddy - 07-10-2022

Has anyone experienced Amazon reps stalling for time?

I provided Amazon with a PR containing all the necessary info and several days have passed as well as incessant back-and-forth emails without any progress in their investigation. It seems as if they are stalling for time as there is less than a week until the time period for me to dispute the order is up, either that or the reps are entirely braindead.

It depends on the complexity of the claim, as well as the Information that needs to be gathered for the Investigation.

They always stall it pisses me off so much, thats one of the many reasons i want to stay away from them

I've experienced multiple Investigations taking months to complete.

Whats the longest you've had one for? Also i would chargeback but i cant since i chargedback a perfume bottle that costed 60 pound about 2 months ago lol. And i still didn't even get the money

One Investigation lasted almost 3 months.

I tend to reserve my chargebacks for high value Items.

They are stalling as f on my side. Mostly amazon.de for my LIT returns.

Can’t chargeback since it seems that my CC contract doesn’t include Chargeback. Will be a big 4K+ loss on my refund. But that’s the game.

Gonna try to persevere and insist on my refund. Gonna be hard though since I did an EB on amazon.fr and an EB on amazon.de that both got refund. I don’t have too much hope for that LiT refund but oh well don’t have much to lose and to try.

Im going to keep pursuing until i get my ref, or at least try
