Holy shit it worked. A free iphone 13 pro max. I used a mixture of live chat and calling but i think the key was consistency. I live chat and called them so much they already knew why I was talking to them about my EB. I 8/10 recommend doing this only bc they had to do investigation. Only lasted 1 day also.

Yep the rep said the same thign to me but I got an email same day saying my refund is being processed

how long did the PR take for you? been a week now and still have no info about the PR. its for amazon apple product aswell

I did not have to file a police report or anything. the investigation was less than a day long
