Amazon OFM - pelaja - 06-07-2022

Got an OFM today probably because of a refund I did two months ago, never since have I done any more or have used the same account details on another account, cause it belongs to my S/O. Possible to get them take their decision back?

One and it was the first one.

Is there a possibility of getting somehow temporary access or rid of it overall? I called them rn and support said that it could have been some automatic error and was pretty empathic with me and told me that I will get it unlocked and that they will email me.

Does the OFM state that too many refunds have been performed on the account?

No, today I got a new verdict after yesterday’s call. Still not a single reason given to me.
“We have reviewed our decision to close your account and found it to be in accordance with our policies. Therefore, your account will remain closed.”

The OFM email just said it was for breaking TOS

A very poor reply from a company operating on such a large scale.

Ask them which policy they're specifically referring to.

Have you replied to it asking for details?
