hi guys,
spoke to a rep about EB on an oculus quest 2 , as others have done i claimed it to be EB and i ordered a replacement kit with it (to return ofc to make it more believable)
The rep said
I understand that your nephews birthday is in 2 days and we will do our best to investigate the issue and get back to you via email.
I recommend to contact Yodel as well and see what are they going to do about delivering an empty box.
I don't know how to interpret this?

What was your story regarding an empty box? The rep came up with the nephews birthday by himself?

Also made some dent marks in the bottom of the packagaing and made it look like it was semi-open from the bottom.

I like the approach, make them hurry for your nephews birthday, where did you leave off, they will investigate it, stay on them cause your nephews birthday is extremely important and it's not your fault it was empty (was there a weight on it, did it show that on the package or anything, and don't know if they check the box weight, not that it's very heavy, more so if they weighed it before it went out and it was 5 lbs, and that empty box weighs 1 now, well that dang driver must have taken it) empty box is not your problem, that's how it came. And you may have to wait a few days, but I would contact them, how dare they ruin your nephews birthday!!!

I will get back to them tomorrow and try to hurry the investigation up as i dont want my nepehews birthday to be a disaster!
