Amazon SE - Yxss1n - 05-30-2022
I just tried SE airpod pros from amazon and they said they will need a police report although this is my first ever refund with them. I made a police report and sent it to them and I've requested a chargeback from the bank, anything else I should do?

Also, did you get a letter from the police stating they're refusing to provide the report on the grounds It's not a theft-related Incident?

I wonder does amazon consider a chargeback same as refund?
For example if one would try DNA but did not want to file a PR which they asked for and claimed a succesful chargeback instead, would amazon flag such account just the same as with providing a PR and claiming standard refund?
