Argos - ABC157PLM - 05-29-2022

Planning to Se Argos but I have known people to have issues with their customer service when attempting to refund. Has anyone attempted Argos recently successfully?

Argos can be difficult to deal with at the best of times. Also, for your reference, they have CCTV cameras monitoring their warehouse.

What are you planning to SE?

Both if possible Smile need 2 different items. Or the easier one twice with 2 different sets of details

Both if possible  Smile  need 2 different items. Or the easier one twice with 2 different sets of details

Just looked into it further, they are responsible for loss or damage suffered by them failing to use reasonable care and skill

If you're thinking of the DNA, find out the type of verification (If any) on delivery.

I've done that before and they because of where i am normally the delivery person signs it but the still try not to process the refund. Do i just persist?

I have found out that since covid although it says signature their signature is now a picture with the door open
