Amazon account health? - aelizia - 05-27-2022

Was just wondering about how and if you can get your account "health" up after a policy warning from amazon?

"We noticed that you have requested refunds for a large number of orders on multiple accounts because you reported that there was an item missing from the package."

30 orders have been made since this warning with multiple legit returns, any experience on getting back to the point before the warning or would it be wise to open another account soon? wanting to try and SE airpods max but wouldnt be able to do it on this account at the moment unfortunately

Consider those account linked/marked & flagged as "Concessions Abuser".

I belive SE on/through those "particular account(s)" will be harder now, you can prove me wrong, but that depends on your SE'ing skills.  xD

They do keep a track of REFUNDS they are issuing to you on each account, since the have said "REFUNDS FOR A LARGE number of orders on MULTIPLE ACCOUNT" so SE'ing on those accounts is not recommended.
Even worse? They might be able to track & link the new accounts you create. So be smart while creating new accounts too.  Biggrin

Also if you try to keep SE'ing on THOSE SAME ACCOUNT(s) expect account closure sooner or later...if when you approach the AZ-CS-Rep both on phone & chat, 1st one will respond by saying there is dedicated team to handle this sort of issues & that they are transferring it to SENIOR TEAM which turns out to be there CAP(Concession Abuse Prevention) Team with "demonstrated history of denying claims" to customer(as per their linkedin profiles + the Convo i've had with them confirms it) & that team is used to dealing with RUDE+ABUSIVE customer(s)!  Wink2
^All these only because your multiple accounts are flagged!  Notamused

And also i think that CAP team Rep is able to see the GROSS TOTAL of refunds you've taken in recent history(how deep a Rep. can dig into your history depends on what LEVEL of job-post that PARTICULAR Rep is on but most of level 1 rep tend to transfer your call to their so called DEDICATED/SENIOR TEAM, if your account is marked/flagged as concession abuser!).  Stressed

ULTIMATLEY ITS YOUR CALL THAT WHETHER & HOW & WITH WHICH ACCOUNT YOU WANT TO PROCEED WITH YOUR SE!

@aelizia OP can you tell us wtf did you do in how much time duration to receive a mail from them specifically mentioning "A LARGE NUMBER OF REFUNDS" "ON MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS"?
Share your knowledge & experience it will help us all?
Can you determine how exactly they linked your multiple accounts? Was it payment method? Was it the address? Or Package Receiver's name? What exactly? o_O

honestly i havent the slightest fucking clue lol, i actually didnt SE a lot of stuff in the last year which is why i was surprised when i received the email.

As for the "multiple accounts"? i could be interpreting this completely wrong but maybe it isnt on about my actual account as per say; but more meaning "on the multiple times", account can be used in that sense, so im hoping thats what they mean lol

If thats the case & you dont own multiple accounts, ask them to explain themselves what do they mean by MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS & A LARGE NUMBER OF REFUNDS  Notamused

Btw your original query: How to get your account health back up or to a previous normal status? Is still unanswered.
I've heard people say once its flagged or marked for Refund Abuser, it cannot go back automatically.
My guess would be someone like Rep or Someone can do it on their(amz's) end but that unlikely to happen as we cant go around taking refunds and then asking them to unflag or unmark us.
Once my account was flagged, as per the rep who told me this on phone call. But that was before i started SE'ing and it was purely an error on their end, in 2017; so I requested them to reinstate my account's previous status & they did some checks & shit & it was all normal.

no what i was originally questioning was the health of the account after a policy warning, how long i should wait before doing an se etc..

as for the accounts comment, i still do not believe they are reverencing my account, more them using the word as a way for them saying ive done it multiple times

For that only I said, just connect to them with a phone call or chat. If anything other than
"Alright sir, let me check the details and then.....come back with i have a return or refund available what would like to proceed with??"
AND
The CS-REP(s) transfer you call to some dedicated / senior team or some shit...meaning if they trying to say NO/DENY your claim/request; that is the sign if they say no/deny your request from the begining its simply because you are marked & they cannot process your request. You can still try but...their system has marked you &
YOU ARE FLAGGED!

Got a mail from ofm@Amazon? Consider YOURSELF MARKED. Though they give you option to appeal to "that decision".

There's NO hard & fast rule, but do maintain reasonable & decent time gap in between + have some legit purchases in the meantime to break the SE streak.
AFTER ALL THIS^ THINGS, DO REMEMBER THEY "THE REPS" CAN SEE ALL OF YOUR ACCOUNT ACTIVITY & THEY DO KEEP A TRACK OF REFUND YOU ARE TAKING FROM THEM, ITEMS YOU KEEP & RETURN  Wink

If that mail is the 1st one, you may try to talk to them that why did you get that mail or demand explanation?

How much time has passed on that account since you last SE'd them? Last legit return? Exactly how many legit purchases after that legit returns?
I will only just you based on the info you provide, final call will be yours!

yeah it was the first email id had regarding the topic so maybe i could email them back.

I havent done an SE since Feb 2nd which was a DNA, and hadnt done one months before that. I did try to SE a gopro on march 11th (i think this is what triggered the email) but ended just sending it back legit so i could get my money back.
I did a legit return since last week, ive probably done 10 legit returns since the email i received and have purchased about 7 items since my last legit return
