Saw someone did a SE on game collection, tried one myself. Game arrived yesterday, was a brand new switch game, told them it arrived without the cartridge inside. They asked me for some pics that I sent, and now they're saying that it was weighed before being shipped so the contents were definitely inside. Wondering if they’re lying about this as the cartridge weighs next to nothing, would they actually be able to tell it was in there?

So you sent them a picture of the game box without the actual cartridge in it, right?
How much does the cartridge itself weigh? I guess below 80g, therefore it's perfect for EB.
Ask them to provide you the evidence about the weighing before the shipment.

Yeah, they've probably been hit too much lately and started to deny claims, there's no way they can register the cartridge weight

Been told to send in the empty box so they can further their investigation. Guessing that they were bluffing about the weight and refund will be given once the box is returned.
