Amazon affidavit - adidas128 - 05-16-2022 If attempting to do a SE of Amazon of roughly 5K in value. I'm thinking if I could get in some legal trouble over this somehow? Thanks RE: Amazon affidavit - mothered - 05-17-2022 It may only be required to move forward with the claim, but I always suggest not to sign an affidavit. Ultimately, It's your call. Can I refuse to sign an affidavit and still get a refund? Or will they refuse if I don't sign it. Amazon are saying that they won't issue the refund unless I sign it. RE: Amazon affidavit - Defeat - 05-17-2022 (05-17-2022, 06:17 PM)adidas128 Wrote:Seems like you answered your own question. RE: Amazon affidavit - adidas128 - 05-17-2022 Right now I'm trying to send a corrupt file of the affidavit to see if it can be bypassed that way. First a corrupt PDF of the affidavit was sent and then they asked to send it again in as a photo (jpg) so a corrupted jpg was sent to them. Now I'm waiting for their response, I'm hoping they won't ask another file to be sent again. RE: Amazon affidavit - Turbando - 05-17-2022 This might be dumb, but isn't an Affidavit only valid if you're not coerced? As said, It may only be needed to continue assessing your claim. Ultimately, It's your call. |
