Amazon PS5 - sully.muh - 04-27-2022

Just managed to order a ps5 off amazon and at checkout it was said that there was gonna be a otp.
What are my options now to SE? because I was going to DNA it but ofc that will not work Sad .

When did they restock? Was this amazon.com?
Guess it's either wrong item received or FTID/boxed return

To be perfectly honest with you it's much easier to SE items shipped and sold by amazon. more than likely this is thru a third party as there hasn't been a drop yet. I probably order a defective ps5 and claim a leaked battery and sabotage it and melt away serial numbers and leave remnants of fluid in there

Guess it's either wrong item received or FTID/boxed return
it was amazon.co.uk and they restocked at about 8:10AM UK time.
How will the wrong item received work like can you guide me a little and also about the
FTID- Is it where i send them an envelope with any leaflet inside it with the return label on it and they'll throw it out and then after it has been delivered contact them after 7 days and ask for a follow-up?
Boxed- How does that work?y#

No this was an official drop by amazon and its being shipped + fulfilled by amazon

Thats crazy wow so yea definitely go with that if you like. I wonder what triggered the otp do you have many priors? even my MacBook wasn't otp

I'm not sure about what triggered the otp and i tried to contact amazon to see if the otp could be changed to a signature as i will be at work and someone else will pick up the package for me but they refused.
Anyways what do u suggest i should do?

Definitely pursue leak battery. I would read mothered's guide on it ill link it to you. worse come to worse you'll need to get a dummy defective ps5 and send in its place but you'll claim would be along lines of It leaked some sort of fluid in the box and my son made contact with it and had an allergic reaction he was burned and needed to be treated. when they ask for you to send say your wife disposed of it, and you didn't likely because your son was injured. it took me 2 weeks to this with my MacBook and many reps
