GIGABYTE SE RMA - bluebeam - 04-26-2022 Hi, I am in the middle of SE on GIGABYTE for a motherboard "b550 vision D-P" I have a serial number and an Amazon invoice (modified), so I explained to the support that my motherboard does not turn on no contact is made when I try to turn on my pc I have tried with various power supplies, processors and ram as a hardware enthusiast and nothing changes. The department in charge of RMA processing in France is the RMA SPAIN, so the RMA Spain has sent me an RMA form to complete. I will have to send my motherboard (which I do not have) what is the best method to use according to you? I'm counting FTIDv3 but is it better to use a LIT? Did they gave you a prepaid label? Which courier do they use for shipping and from which country do you come from? I don't know if GIGABYTE is responsible for lost packages, but if they are, then i would definitly go with the LIT method, because it's more private. RE: GIGABYTE SE RMA - bluebeam - 04-26-2022 They just gave me an RMA-ESA number to write down on the package with an address, I have to pay to send the package, they will refund me afterwards. I plan to box GIGABYTE but I don't know if it's a good idea since I don't have a prepaid label? I found something, that could be useful to you (rma.gigabyte.us). In my opinion you can go for a FTIDv3, if you sent the parcel with UPS, DHL or Royal Mail. Be sure you change all informations, that can link to you and don't leave blank spaces, so the don't notice anything suspicious. If you need to pay, then i would definitly pay with cash! Maybe just put some rocks into it. What do you think about this @mothered? Putting rocks Is too obvious, and appears a deliberate course of action by the person returning the goods. |
