GPU AMZN REF - Juvel - 04-21-2022
Hello guys i did a ref for a gpu 840eur and used DNA the Carrier was UPS and after i recieved the money for refund succesfully done , the UPS on my country called me and ask me to confirm that i didnt recieved the GPU , they need my confirmation to start a investigation what should i do ?

If UPS require confirmation for nonreceipt of goods, tell them to deal directly with Amazon.

If UPS require confirmation for nonreceipt of goods, tell them to deal directly with Amazon.
Sound wird that they will call me regard to my product missing and I was suppose to do " I dont care what you told to me just speak with amazon " he call me directly for confirmation.
He said like amazon tell them (UPS) that i didn't recieved the good's and confirm that what amazon said for start the investigation all on phone call

You've been refunded and your claim has been closed, so there's no further action required on your part.
