JD sports - A1.lds - 04-18-2022

I have an account that’s 4 years old with 4 orders on JD sports, I have placed an order for £160. after finding out they are responsible for loss of goods, I would like to attempt a DNA however they have a really good fraud team and it is really hard to get a refund. PEB works so should I attempt that. Total weight isn’t stated but I ordered a hoodie, joggers and 2 t shirts. I would claim the hoodie as missing.

Edit: going ahead with the DNA as all houses on my street look the same so Ill assume it was delivered to another house.

All of the above is fiction

Going by the Item description, It's too heavy for the missing Item method.

Why does it matter if they have a good fraud team if you are claiming DNA and they are responsible for loss of goods?

Apparently they are really difficult to get a refund from but I’m still going to go ahead with the DNA. they are dispatching the parcel in 2 parts, the hoodie is in one part and the 2 tshirts and joggers are in the other one. Should be safe to claim dna if they deliver both at the same time right?

I tried to SE some clothes a couple months ago using DNA on a guest account. I emailed customer services multiple times but nobody answered me, so I just gave up.
