Amazon Return PICKUP - NGAMER - 03-22-2022

Hello everyone. Can u help me return order with Pickup option. Amazon gave just tracking, no drop off label, so i have to return order with this option. Any advices? Thanks

Exactly what Issues are you experiencing?

Did you select the date & time from the available slots, and move forward from there?

Thanks for your reply. I want to get refund. For this i have to return order back to Amazon. I have tried FTID but Amazon gave me just pickup tracking and not drop off label. I had some refunds with FTID but Amazon no longer offer drop off labels, so i don’t know how can i get refund with just tracking. What can i do to get refund with this option?

Yes i have contacted them and they told me label is not available and i can return order with pickup option

Tell them exactly the Issues you're experiencing via the pickup option.

I don't support the flawed so-called FTID, so I won't comment on It.

As per your message below, are you not solely having Issues with the pickup return? If so, did you contact Amazon to discuss what you're experiencing?

I want get refund without returning original address and do u know some tricks?

I didnt understand what you problem is but I assume you didnt get a PrePaid Label. I asked one of my customers to send me their label and for the first time yesterday I got a label that was not PrePaid. I logged into his/her account, chatted up amazon and simply requested a pre-paid label which they immediately provided and even gave me the option of choosing the carrier.
