Apple Iphone 13 pro max DNA help - BigDig101 - 03-19-2022
Hello guys, I tried to DNA and iPhone 13 Pro Max from apple directly. It was same day delivery with Uber Eats. As soon as it got delivered I hopped on live chat to DNA, after a day's investigation I was declined the refund and got an email saying "We have received an update regarding your inquiry. Our carrier has completed the requested investigation, and no further action will be taken by Apple." I had contacted Apple about it and they had told me that I would have to file a police report.
I've done a couple refunds off of Amazon with 100% success; first time doing Apple I've been declined. I'm not sure what to do now, any pointers would be appreciated.

No elaboration whatsoever.
Ask them to provide details of their (Investigation) findings.

This is literally word by word what they told me.

Not sure what to do now, any pointers?

Just my two cents here. It could possibly be because you instructed them to leave it at your doorstep. So Apple may have declined it since they figure it's on you if you told them where to place it. Still no excuse for them to be so damn vague with their response. Best of luck getting them to re evaluate the claim in your favor.
