Amazon refund but order not returned - investigates - 02-16-2022
Hello,
Amazon just refunded me for a laptop. However, I have not yet returned the product. But I received the refund. Can I keep the laptot? What's going to happen ? The order tracking indicates that I must "return the product once it has been delivered". The price is 1119€.

This order was deliver in a amazon locker.
And I went to pick up the order from the locker after I received the refund.
So the refund was made in return for the carrier picking up the order from the locker.
I don't know if I'm clear.

Yes, I told them I didn't want my order anymore. That it should have been returned automatically from the locker since it had been there for more than 3 days. That I didn't understand why it hadn't happened.
They then refunded my order. But this morning, when I went to pick up for another order in the locker, the laptop was still there so I pick up it.

But It was a box. The laptopt was inside the box so we can't see it

Cancel your bank card so they won't be able to recharge the amount to the card when they eventually see that youve picked it up
