Ebay or Currys - Danxamps - 01-16-2022

Am thinking of purchasing air pods (EB) from a big seller from eBay or an apple watch Curry's (EB), (Both accounts have 1 previous order £5 and £600) wanted to know peoples experience with these websites and their refund process.
am still quite new to this so I am trying to stick to the easier methods (DNA/EB) before moving on to the rest.
Any help is welcome and appreciated.

You can hit Currys eBay store, Currys Itself or stating the obvious, Amazon.

The EB/missing Item method has a very high success rate, namely with Amazon.

The DNA will also work If the package Is left unattended at the premises, or only a signature Is required on delivery.

Ordered an apple watch from Curry's, attempting EB due to the light weight of the watch itself.

Since I do live in a flat where reception collects the parcels do you think DNA is still viable?

Unless reception Is on your side supporting nonreceipt of goods, It will complicate the SE possibly to the point of failure, particularly If they're contacted via an Investigation.

Yeah I think I will try and avoid DNA in case they do contact them.
Also would it be better to say the entire Apple Watch box was missing or just the physical watch itself

The watch Is extremely light, so that's what you'll be working with.

Simply say that upon opening the box, the watch was missing.

Had a talk with Curry's and they said they would start and investigation and would contact me in 3-5 days.

After talking to their customer support multiple times I have received a denial of receipt form to fill out.
Filled it out and send a photo stating the apple watch itself was missing, will keep this updated on any other changes
