Hey, so I was looking to get either a $960 iphone on Apple.com site or an apple watch.

I am a pretty new rfnder but I wanted to ask.

Is it possible to just say DNA on either item and get a refund? Would they blacklist the serial #. If so, whats a way to not get it blacklisted?

Here are some main methods I know: DNA, EB, PEB, wrong item received (havent tried myself).

Buy apple watch, can I do next day delivery? And then like contact 2 days later via chat saying didnt arrive and they can rfnd me ez pz?
Also, got a $700 laptop from Staples rn, tried dna, they rfnded me and then cancelled refunded. What could I do rn?

Alright, will do that for apple then.
I basically just said "yo the package didnt arrive even though I got the email"
Alright we processed the refund for $700, you should get email
Then I just get an email saying "refunded cancelled"
I contacted today again multiple times whats the reason, they say to open an investigation with FedEx (which i aint gon do)
So now today I said it came but only had copy paper. Now that I think abt it thats dumb as hell.
But yeah, thats where we r at rn.
Is the like any method to ftid or smth? Also whats "boxing"?

The Item was purchased from Apple and (obviously) not through the carrier, so It's Apple's duty to open an Investigation with FedEx.
