Need help with Amazon - seriousmass11 - 11-30-2021

Hello! Just received a pair of AirPods Pro from Amazon and was wondering what method I should go about using. I have 1 previous refund from about 9 months ago which I used the missing item method on a pair of AirPods Pro.

Now my question is can I use the same method again or should I try to claim that I received a pair of used normal AirPods in my package?

The timing from your last SE Is ample, so you're good to go with the (same) missing Item method.

Just to help minimize suspicion, were there any legit purchases between then and now?

Okey perfect!

Yes I’ve made about 20+ legit small purchases after the refund Smile

Wonderful.

Your account Is In very good standing with both legit purchases, and the timing of the last SE. Hit the missing Item method. Of course, If you're more comfortable/confident with another method, your options are open - such as the DNA, wrong Item received, boxing.

They asked me to sign under a form that I haven’t received my item. The question in the form I’m wondering about is the one about my address, do I use the address I live at or the address the package was sent to?

^This.

@seriousmass11, what type of form have they asked to sign? For example, an affidavit, stat dec, Internal company document etc.

It's most likely only required to move forward with the claim, but because It's legally binding, I always suggest not to sign It.

Ultimately, It's your call.
