Help my My nike package arrived separately - mike oxlong - 11-14-2021
Hi guys so basically I’ve ordered stuff worth 150£ on nike and I wanted to try to pick up option and when I went to pick it up they gave me two different packages and it says gen weight and everything one package contained the cheap stuff worth 50£ and it was 2.4 kg while the other package had one time worth 100£ and weights 0.5kg what should I do return it or try and SE and if SE what method as PEB won’t work

You could've DNA'd It, but you've opted to pick It up and ID would have been required on collection. There's still the wrong Item received method available.

Didn’t ask me for Id he just asked for my name that’s it
A lot of people told me People told me to say that the box where the tech fleece is supposed to come it was empty or sway that where the tech fleece was supposed to come there was the t shirt and in the other box I just found the psg tracksuit or if you want me to go with wrong item received I have a shirt not opened would that be ok ?

“At the moment it appears that your item is missing
and once this is resolved by our seniors we can
have this item reshipped if the item is still available
or refunded.“
What do I do ?
