Sweetwater SE help request - stremlo2 - 10-29-2021

I order from sweetwater and I'm unsure with what method to go with. I got two packages and they both weigh around 6 pounds. I was thinking to say one package is a faulty item and sealed box it when sending back or to use disposed faulty item. I can't FTID because returns go to the store and they seem to inspect your package before refunding it. Also not sure if faulty item would work as they have a warranty service and repair service.

a microphone. it also was packaged with a small preamp so if i could do both that'd be nice.

You could probably say 1 of the items didn’t arrive (cheapest one of course)

You could probably say 1 of the items didn’t arrive (cheapest one of course)

I signed for the package also I don't want to deal with the driver coming to my house since I don't live alone. I was thinking partial EB, but what I really want to SE is the mic which is about two pounds so PEB wouldn't work.

900 grams Is way too heavy for the partial method.
