How to SE an expensive clothing item. ? - Tesla6 - 10-22-2021

Hi ,

I want to SE an expensive garment. I was thinking of saying it came stained with blood embedded.

On the grounds of a return i wont be able to return it by saying its biological waste/hazardous.

I dont want to say ive disposed it because i tried this in a another fashion by throwing babypowder and saying i disposed the item because of health and safety concerns. They replied to this saying they wont help me since i disposed the garment.

Thoughts ? @mothered

Thank you for your time and help in advance.

Thanks for that.

It comes packaged In a clear bag and not a box, so the sealed box method Is out of the question. You can use the wrong Item received method or (obviously) the DNA.

Would the blood method also work for this ?
Like saying it cant be returned because of hygiene. When asked for this ofcourse.

If It's your blood (cut your hand when opening the packaging), It can certainly work, especially If you say you've just been tested positive for COVID.

Could this backfire on me ?
Because of self infliction or something among those lines ?
Also , what would be the reason for the return prior the cut ?

You'd claim that their packaging had jagged edges/sharp points hence caused the Injury, so they're liable, not yourself.

There are many reasons- change of mind, received the same one as a gift, didn't like the color, the size was not a good fit and the list goes on.
