The hardest thing I've ever done was run 14 miles non-stop.

Damn, what was that like? How old were you?
I was 13, and it was painful, I was sore for 5 days and could barely move. I threw up so many times as well.

I didn't have to. I was increases my stamina so I could run long distances with little tire.
