Documentation from shop - smallgreyman - 09-18-2021

Hello, I began SE on my G560 speakers from SE. The thing is I got this speakers with farting subwoofer. I didn't see it for a few months. Now I realized they are defected so I decided to SE them. I created fake POP and said that shop refuse me to replace it due to 30 days of warranty in shop and they offered me a coupon which I kindly declined. Now logitech wants documentation from shop saying that after 30 days they won't accept product. I fucked up a bit saying about those 30 days but what this document should look like? Or you have other ideas how to bypass it?

Was the fake POP accepted without being questioned?

What was Logitech's exact message when requesting the document?

Yes it was accepted with no problems.

Agent just asked for a document that confirms shop's warranty is only 30 days.

Then they may well do the same with the requested document.

As already mentioned In my previous post, what was Logitech's exact message when they asked for the document?

I don't remember exactly but he just asked for document which shows that shop won't take this on warranty.

Update!

Today I wrote to US support (no live chat in my country). I was talking to the same guy that wanted documentation. I gave him information list and photo with SN and handwritten ticket number. Claim is approved and I have to wait for e-mail containing replacement details.Rep just probably forgot about documentation from shop so I got lucky.

Logitech are usually firm with their assessment, so you're pretty fortunate that the rep didn't refer to the document.

All In all, the SE succeeded regardless of how It was done.
Congrats, good work.

No doubt this would've boosted your confidence level.

All the best with future SEs.
