Interesting Video (Empty Box) - Waifu - 06-09-2021
Hello all,
I have come across this video where 2 photography married couples purchased a $7,000 canon camera, in which they find out soon to be an empty box. (Skip to 1:03)
I'm guessing that an individual before them purchased the item, and boxed amazon - giving them an empty box.
Let me know your guys' thoughts!

That said, I can confidently say that manufacturer errors do take place and although It's unlikely to occur with an Item of that value, It does happen from time to time.

Agreed. Amazon has cameras in their facilities as people tend to steal things when they are not being watched. Alternatively, if there was not an SE'r who boxed them, it might've been someone from amazon who stole the package.

Thanks for the clarification. I have completely forgot the that there are different methods of boxing. From further investigation, I have can completely agree on what you are stating. The victim who was in the charge of the package most likely did boxed them, as you exclaimed tampering the item making it look like it was stolen, resulting in a charge back/refund. Thanks for the explanation!

I was referring to the SE'r. What I meant is that the victim (the SE'r) who boxed amazon ended up having his package purchased by the couples, in which resulted in them receiving the boxed product. Hope that clarifies it.

As stated above, boxing Is all about giving the Impression that the Item was stolen In transit, by cutting the box and sealing It with different colored tape. Logic has It, Amazon will not place a damaged box with nothing Inside back Into their Inventory In readiness to be sold.
The sealed box method would've been used by the SE'er for the aforementioned reasons.
