Exactly. I have heard many methods, but I would like to know which one is working stably now

You'll need to claim It's faulty and they will expect the Item be returned.

As such, you can box them.

Get your package, send them an empty box. IMO most big companies just scan the package, letting the system know that it has arrived, and they put it aside with the 100s of other boxes waiting to be opened. By the time they open it, your replacement has been dispatched. If they ask you about the empty box, be adamant that you put it into the box.
