Attempting my first PEB on clothing. - fenderbassjazz - 05-20-2021 Ordering from Uniqlo with the intention to PEB, pretty big order ~GBP 80. Going to say that only my boxers were in the package as my vector. Any thoughts? RE: Attempting my first PEB on clothing. - mothered - 05-20-2021 Quote:with the intention to PEB, pretty big orderWhat's the combined weight of the Items you're Intending to SE, and how many In total? RE: Attempting my first PEB on clothing. - fenderbassjazz - 05-20-2021 2 pairs of boxers, 3 pairs of socks, 2 shorts and a pair of trousers. I'd probably estimate the weight to be just under or over a kilo, they're quite conservative with their packaging now but you can knock off maybe 250g for the boxers as I intend to pay for those. I read through the Uniqlo policy and saw that their liability ends at point of delivery, so DNA didn't seem to be a good option so PEB seemed to be the best option. If so, that's 6 Items In total which Is extremely unlikely (If not Impossible) for the warehouse to make a picking & packing error with so many Items on the same (single) order. If an Investigation Is opened and the weight Is cross-checked against the carrier's records, the SE will fail. RE: Attempting my first PEB on clothing. - fenderbassjazz - 05-21-2021 Any suggestions for methodology I should proceed with? I've seen posts here that say they've gotten full refunds on Uniqlo orders without methods - damn. It's very difficult on my end to remember each and every post I've attended to. That aside and In answer to your question, given you're looking to SE multiple Items to the said quantity, Is the DNA not an option for you? Without one In place, you cannot "plan" your objective. The "plan" Is the method, and every attack vector must be supported by It. According to their terms and conditions: "The Products will be at your risk from the time of delivery of the Products to you" so they wouldn't be obligated to give a refund for a DNA scenario right? If there's no mention of returning the goods, you can box them. Looks like I'll be boxing then. I don't really have access to dry ice so I'll try and use things that might be lying around a warehouse as per your boxing guide. Any other pointers apart from use different tape?
