(Help) adidas refund method - Jimvvs - 05-04-2021
Ive had a refunder to a refund for me and i received this email “ Hello ..,
We've been informed by our carrier that they have lost your order during delivery.
Please accept our sincerest apologies for this. A full refund has been authorised to the payment method used for your order.” - refund took like 3 4 days turn around time seems like a good method could anyone guide me on how to do it?

Name of items, number or items, price of order, full name , order email, shipping & billing details, order number, tracking number, payment method, order date, order date of arrival , how i received the items, carrier service, phone number and how many boxes/parcels few obvious ones in there but just thought id include them all

He didnt say anything else to me just got on with the refund

It's a simple FTID, usually takes about 14-20 days. Cheers.

Dont think it was this took 4 days for the refund

It looks like a DNA to me. Carrier investigation turned out that package was lost as the client claim not received and they didn't have it with them anymore.

Seems to be the most likely option, I think I'd do the same.
