There is the web archive, but it doesn’t just randomly crawl pages to index and cache them, so if nobody cared to request your page be saved, there won’t be a copy of it.

You could try though. https://web.archive.org

More pertinently though, it seems you’ve had a lot of trouble with google removing your content.

While the easier solution would be to just review google terms of service and not break their rules, I would say you’re not likely to do that. That being the case, make storing local backups of your work a part of your normal workflow.

That way, when your content inevitably gets removed, you can add it back or make a mirror. At the very least you won’t lose your hard work.

As @Equinox said, backups are your best bet. If you're breaking their terms of service, be prepared to face the music. Even better, find someone with less stringent TOS.

once google has already had issues with you theyll be faster at removing stuff next time.
wayback machine is known to censor and remove content so you can consider using https://archive.is/

I've told you the Importance of backing up every post the moment It's published.

It literally takes 10 seconds at the most through Blogger's Interface, so there's no excuse not to.

I think the solution has been made on previous threads. Either don't break their ToS, or make back ups. I'm not sure there's any point in hoping for an internet archive to do your work for you.

This exactly. There are no guarantees that an archive will archive your content.

Pages have to be requested to be archived. The less traffic generated by your site, the less likely it is that someone will want to archive a page.

Archives should not be your default when the content goes down.
