Never had this happen personally. Are you in any channels for shadier stuff? Using a VPN?

Yeah i using encrypted multi-vpn.biz. Yes, I am in some groups where online criminal activity takes place. But it did not occur with any of the members of these groups.

Is it possible that you're IP banned? If you're using the Telegram app it's possible that it's getting your real IP when you're disconnected from your VPN.
