paypal claim denied with weird reason, need help - twiceuu - 12-12-2020
Hi
I'm new here. I did a FTID, item got delivered but got an email saying it's denied since they never received documentation which proves that im due c.redit?
It was never asked and what does it mean
Any help would be gladly appreciated.

That's what I'm confused about. I don't know which document they need. I bought a PC, it's defective, escalated to a claim. Paypal said to return the item before the date. I did. They never asked me for anything else. The only information Paypal asked is to provide traking number. I did and the tracking number says delivered but now I got an email my claim got denied. "This decision was made because we never received documentation that proves you are due a cr.edit."

I haven't yet. They just closed the case without asking for anything, I just sent the tracking then that's the result of the case.

You need to call them and you will get this resolved.
You made a big mistake. You are not supposed to ever say the item is faulty. You must only say you received the wrong item.
Go ahead and call PayPal, explain everything in detail. Good luck bro.

It's Imperative that you contact them asking the type of documentation they requested, and you're willing to comply thereafter. Also explain that you didn't receive prior correspondence.

Not completely accurate, had a paypal refund done a few months back to Curry's where I claimed that the Apple Watch was defective, although apparently this was due to Curry's not even contesting the refund rather than FTID

I honestly think they're asking for proof that you sent the return
