Amazon SE PSU MOBO - soulracc - 12-04-2020

Hello I'm looking to SE a PSU and MOBO. I know I'm kind of going in blind but I'm probably going to eat the cost if it fails anyway.

My amazon account has a long history it currently has the empty box, DNA, partial, and wrong item received methods. My last SE was couple days ago and I've already made multiple deliveries and purchases since then.
The last SE being wrong item received method. I'm likely looking at doing a DNA since it is kind of blind. I'm no expert and my SE history/experience was at a time when doing these methods were a joke. I maybe asking a lot but hoping someone with more experienced and or recent SE'ers can help me out with some thoughts or ideas. I do expect a lengthy investigation as it is kind of a high value SE.

Anyways God bless thank you for reading.

Although the busiest time of year (Christmas) justifies a greater spending volume, to be on the safe side, It's best to wait another week or two.

In terms of the DNA, things to look for Is whether a signature Is required, photos taken of the premises and most Importantly, If an OTP Is required to authenticate/verify the delivery.

Most likely photos will be taken. I don't know if couriers are even doing signatures anymore with covid being a thing. I haven't had an OTP yet knock on wood. The picture that was taken though didn't indicate it was for my address though so I think I can still argue a DNA case. Might honestly try wrong item sealed box... will see when delivery is made. I'm doing a bit of a gamble going to see if I can strike gold(literally and figuratively lol). Thank you for your thoughts appreciated.

You're welcome.

Do you happen to know exactly what the photo contains?

Good approach, namely to establish that the Item cannot be viewed externally without opening the box.

The photo contained that the package was left at my front concrete door step and nothing else no other details of my door namely the house number. Very generic photo could be anyone's door maybe they could use geographical location. I mean I'm pretty good at making stories so who knows.

Perfect, they've basically DNA'd themselves.

A package that's marked as "delivered", does not conclude that "you personally received It".

RE: Amazon SE PSU MOBO - soulracc - 12-06-2020

Update:

I've contact amazon and they've asked me about the delivery and the photo. They've also asked me to wait 24 hours as they coordinate this to the shipping facility. And wanted me to give an alternative delivery safe spot so to speak for them. Told me to get back to them for refund/replacement if by the end of the day nothing shows up. I'm hoping by tomorrow everything goes smoothly and without a lengthy investigation.

By curiosity, price of the item?

It's a bit late now.

Consider It approved.

Do you have a record of what they told you as per above?
