Amazon advises - csf - 11-23-2020

Hello I need you help.

So, with my Amazon account I do legit order but with small amount and two big refund (more than 1k).
Now, I want to order something and replace it by other thing similar. For example, order fifa 21 for ps5 and return fifa 21 for ps4.

But, for one refund, I wait 2 month and i call every day Amazon, chat and email. I needed to fill a sworn statement and I get the refund.

Now, I don't know if ot's better to create a new account or order and return a similar object with my currently account.
Any suggestion ?

You filed one affidavit already. How much was this refund for?

You most certainly need to make a new account and age it for several weeks or months.

The amount was 600$. But if I create a new account I have to make some legit order ?

Just a declaration that I didn't get my order, I sign it and send it. I tried to do corrupt file but they ask me again and again do send it.

Keep sending It, but In different file formats and tell them that It's working perfectly fine on your end.

This gives the Impression that you're doing your utmost best to comply and resolve the matter.

Which SE did you receive a refund?

For all my SE I received a refund (1k$).

Next refund it's for example order fifa 21 for ps5 and return it but replace it with fifa 21 for ps4.

What If they check the return and realize It's not the original Item?

I can tell it's what I reiceved ... or It's better to return it with wrong item received ?
