Dummy phone SE - Harryler100 - 10-09-2020

How many people have purchased a new iphone then swapped it for a dummy phone then resealed the item ?

If you're referring to the sealed box method, you can substitute the original Item with anything you like- obviously of the same weight.

Yeah just wondering with a dummy phone. How much extra weight I’d have to add say with an iPhone 11 Pro Max.

I understand your point, but If you're going to add extra weight, you may as well match the entire weight of the IPhone Pro Max and leave out the dummy phone.

If that's the case, then the same will apply with the dummy phone.

The objective of the sealed box method, Is that they scan the return, place It back Into their Inventory and Issue a refund thereafter. Now when another buyer makes the purchase and brings It to their attention that the original Item was not enclosed, who's to say that he's not attempting to SE them?

In short, when your return Is back Into stock and sold at any time later, It will be extremely difficult to pinpoint the discrepancy to you.

Since there is info on the box linked to the IMEI number of the genuine iPhone which you keeped, won’t Amazon be able to track you down in anyway? Where I live, our Simcards are locked to your identity card...
