Simple Myprotein [Partial refund] - lkunt - 10-07-2020

Hi all, this will probably be very basic and not much help for you all, but I thought I'd start contributing back.

I'm sure you can do this with other supplement companies but I've always stuck to buying from myprotein so they've been the victim every time.

1. Order whatever you want (3 items min preferably)
2. Say 1 wasn't in the box and another came unflavoured.
3. They'll ask for pics of bag that has an issue.
4. Remove flavour label.
5. Refund.

I'll attach photos now, but you will see how simple this is; this isn't a big catch by any means, however, if you are ordering 3x1Kg bags of protein, you can end up with these scenarios if it plays out like it has done every time for me.

A) You will get a refund for both the items.
B) You will get a reshipment for both the items.
C) They may offer a reship of one of the items and a refund on the other.
>> aka 3kg of protein for the price of 1 / 4kg for price of 2 / 5kg for the price of 3.. you get it.

To make this even easier, pay via PayPal to ensure you can claim back through them if MP are being difficult.

Carefully pull off the sticker on the bottom and there's your unflavoured bag.

RE: Simple Myprotein [Partial refund] - Green314 - 10-08-2020

I SE them saying that the proteins made me sick when digested, they were quite firm with their terms and refunded me only after 2 weeks of emails exchanged seing them, and even after that they refunded the money on my account and not on my credit card , I complained about that but there was no answer.

I spoke to many representatives, thus I don't think their decision was due to a bad representative who was very tough, I don't think it's as simple as you claim. May I ask you when did you perform your last SE with them?

What happens If they open an Investigation with the carrier, and Identify that the weight at their depot's weighing facilities matches with the company's dispatched weight?

The Item could not have been missing.

I tried a partial with MyProtein at the start of the year, using the same method you said 3 items I did not arrive and after investigation they said everything had been shipped and closed my account.

Well I feel now my post is hogwash but it's the truth.Times have changed indeed. This myprotien company sounds like tightwads.
I have luck back in the day with the online supp stores whom have multiple brands etc.
*I used to do a simple email scam at which I would write directly to supplement brand company's and state I was a small startup gym just getting doors open(like a CrossFit type thing not a franchise gym)
and I would speak highly of their products blah blah and ask if there was a way that I could perhaps receive a small amount of samples to put out to catch the interest of new clients.I would also say that their company would be the only one that I liked trusted and always used.
One such company called Beverly international sent me well over $600 of product not oil sample packs.
It helps to pick an old established brand whom also you don't see giving out little single serving packs
That method worked for me with Bsn,weirder, allmax nutrition,Beverly international just to name a few I did.

Yeah that's true but personally I've never come across an investigation with my protein so unsure if it's my luck or what haha

What exactly did you tell them, that 3 items didn't arrive? I personally wouldn't bother trying that.

Or a different way to do it; buy 1kg bag x2 and a 2.5kg, then just say the 2.5kg bag came unflavoured and you've got over 50% of the order back once you get a refund/reship

Sorry I miswrote in my post. I did partial, ordered 3 items and said only two arrived.
