Could it work with Amazon ? Refund - investigates - 10-05-2020 Hello, I was wondering if this method could work with Amazon for a refund: I order an Ipad. Once the product has been received I contact them by chat. And I tell them that the box was in perfect condition and the ipad box still sealed, but when I opened it, it was flour instead of the Ipad. And that I do not understand how this is possible since the ipad box was still sealed; Like if someone use the the sealed box method against them and I received this product. What do you think ? RE: Could it work with Amazon ? Refund - investigates - 10-05-2020 Nobody know if it can work ? RE: Could it work with Amazon ? As such, It could be either a manufacturer error or someone else's return. RE: Could it work with Amazon ? You can either purchase one that they stock (hence the manufacturer packed that Instead of the IPad), or any other keyboard- which will be someone else's return. To make It worth your while, be sure It's extremely cheap. RE: Could it work with Amazon ? Thanks again! For you, with Amazon and for an iPad Pro, it's better to use the wrong item received method or the wrong item sealed box method ? What do you think ? RE: Could it work with Amazon ? They're both equally effective, so ultimately It's your choice. RE: Could it work with Amazon ? Hello, I received the iPad Pro today. I contacted Amazon to tell them that the iPad was not in the box but instead there was a keyboard. I told them that the box was perfectly sealed before I opened it. They asked me for pictures. I sent them via email. And I received this response (translation from French to English, sorry for the mistakes): "Hello, After having carried out research concerning your order, I confirm that my colleague is studying your file. The processing time for this type of request is typically 3 business days, however, it appears that additional time is required. Please accept my sincere apologies for this inconvenience. You will be contacted by our Customer Service to send you additional information as soon as possible. " It's bad ? What do you think ? |
