anyone got their claim denied by fedex receently? - xerophily - 09-04-2020

i got three laptops se going on, all of them are with fedex so the companies started claims with it, and now two of the claims are denied with one of them is normal weighted double taping boxing, and the other one is ftid with weight. Anyone know how i can avoid fedex deny ?

May I ask why you're hitting three SEs at the same time, particularly when the same carrier Is Involved?

In terms of the claim that hasn't been affected (yet), what method did you use?

three companies, a watch company, nvidia and asus, with three different names, three different reship address, and three differnet boxers so it is from three differemt location. Which two of them still get denied and the other still in process but i feel like it is going to be a deny too. This is not the first time since few months ago when i am doing nvidia they already denied it which cause my se failed. So i am trying to figure out how can i make them "pass" the claim

i got a feel. I mean asus told me yesterday that fedex still havent give them any reply which it has already been around 3 weeks now (they said it will only takes 14 days) so i feel like this one is going to fail somehow

That's 14 business days, which equates to 3 weeks of non-working days.

As such, they're on time with their Intended response. Hopefully It will be soon.

True, i will pray for that. Still i am not feeling good about this one specially it is for a mothership se

I won't hurt to contact them with a friendly reminder, asking the progress of your claim.

Keep following up regularly at least once a week these companies will often ignore you if you dont. Allot of them wont even send out your replacement if you dont follow up.
