How do you spend most of your free time, I mostly just chill sitting on my chair.

I pass time daydreaming. I find cities and countries interesting, so I do conworld. I also have an interest in linguistics, so I study them and conlang.
However, I don't have freetime often. I, more often than not, get worried about small things and get in a negative spiral of that.

To be honest, I don't have any free time whatsoever.
From the time I awake of a morning until I finally go to sleep, I'm on my PCs updating my blogs/sites, also obviously on this board and countless hours of exploitation.

During the weekends: With friends outside.

If I had friends I'd probably hang with them, right now I just spend my entire day at home on my pc playing games, trading, browsing forum

Yes, but less frequently of before.
In Italy here we do 40k tests daily (average) and only around 250 are positive (average). There are very many strictly rules to be respected.
After 3 and half entire months of lockdown (seriously) I have to recover.
