Sealed Box Method - smemberp - 07-12-2020

I just saw someone post about the sealed box method on here recently. Interested in trying it, has anyone tried it before and know what companies I can try this on. Also is there any possible way this method could go wrong, other than obviously doing a bad job resealing the item box and not matching the weight. For full safety and anonymity I could also just pay instore with cash and get refunded with cash, has anyone tried this?
With the actual method itself I know I need shrink wrap bags, a heat gun and an impulse sealer. Is there any other equipment I would need?

Does the Item come with shrink wrap as per the manufacturer's original packaging?

If not, then It's obviously not necessary.

It's taken on a case-by-case basis, hence not possible to generalize on the condition of a given Item's package/box.

Say for example apple products such as a macbook pro, what would you recommend

For any Item, make sure It's sealed as per the manufacturer's state without any signs of Inconsistencies whatsoever.

Stating the obvious, the weight must also match.

I haven't had the need to look Into this.

If you take all the time you need to seal It flawlessly, you can use any material that serves Its purpose well.

No.

It's only available to users who fit a certain criteria - very strict access.
