Can I SE apple using my phone as their product that is broken? Or refunding only works for newly bought phones?

RE: iPhone - mothered - 06-15-2020

Generally speaking, Apple has a 14 day refund policy from the date of when It was received.

Oh okay then. I won't be able to refund from them because my phone has been with me since January!

That's for a "refund".

They do have a one year limited warranty for replacements, so that's an option available to you.

It's good to read you have some SEing experience.

Depending on weight, you can box them. If It fails, you can perform a chargeback through your credit card provider, or a bank reversal via your merchant.

If you plan on SEing Apple, I'll save you the time -- just don't do it. Refunding them will be possible, sure, but SEing via warranty them will take a lot of experience and boxing them will start long ass investigations. If you plan on trying to SEing Apple you'll need some private or intricate method thought out.
