Looking to SE a smartphone - manigga - 06-14-2020
Hello Members!
Unlike the other forums, this forum is very friendly and we are indeed a community here! The admin replies to every situation. So... I'm looking to se a phone, tried samsung, but in my country (belgium) they come to pick up your phone, so boxing or ftid is not an option. Refund is also not an option. Thanks

You can try other companies and see if they're less strict.
If you really want Samsung, then you'll have to come up with a reason as to why they cannot pick up the phone. Such as battery acid leak/ phone exploded/ glass shattered and was dangerous to kid/pets and disposing of it. Or (imo lower chance of working) if their warehouse location is publicly given, that you sent the phone in first not knowing they will require a pick-up to have the replacement issued quicker.

First and foremost, be sure they don't blacklist the IMEI number, otherwise It will render the phone's connectivity futile and defeat the purpose of the SE.

I'm going to take a wild guess and say they lack the funds. I know that was my case when I first started in the SE world.

Unless a fake POP Is used, the company will not request a pickup for an Item they didn't sell to a given consumer.

That would be the reason if i were to box. But since im not boxing, i think the risk of that is eliminated.

Have contacted several companies so i have higher succcess rate of getting a free phone, one replied saying they would check with their manager if they can come pick it up, but prob se my way out of that too!
