Another amazon uk refund - Mister - 06-12-2020

I’m looking for some info on whether I should attempt another refund on my account or not, I’ve done 3 refund since 2017 and last year I did a wrong item sent, I did have the ofm email after the 3 email but the wrong item went through many months after, that was the last thing I done on it which was a year ago. I’ve had many purchases on it since then most being since lockdown.

I want to refund a Mavic mini drone around £450, any ideas on who the courier would be?

Yea all of them.

I think a year of legit orders would make you safe to refund again from that account.

Amazon Prime uses UPS for the most part, and DHL & FedEx where UPS cannot deliver.

I’ve never had any of these companies if I recall my delivery’s. When I had prime it was usually DPD. I’m going to go with the cheapest deliver so hopefully Hermes lol.

Still best just to dna the parcel?

Unless It's changed since the time of your SEs, as far as I'm aware, the above carriers are used with Amazon Prime. It may also be country-specifc that determines the carrier In some cases.

You're still safe to DNA It, we'll manipulate both the deliver status and rep(s).

I've seen Amazon delivery trucks with their own delivery people. I'm assuming it's their own in-house delivery.
