Mail from ofm@amazon - sidinkz - 06-02-2020 Hey guys, today I received an email from amazon stating: "We recently reviewed your account for order activity details. Your order history shows that you have received a high number of refunds for items that were missing from your orders. We know that occasional problems with orders are expected in the normal course of business. In these instances, a refund or replacement may be issued." Should I be worried? Will they ban me, and how do I bypass this now. Ive only done 2 refunds on this account RE: Mail from ofm@amazon - Filament - 06-02-2020 2 back-to-back? It's just a warning. They won't do anything yet, but I would stay off refunding Amazon for now and only use for legit orders. Don't try another refund without a few legit orders and some time in between. RE: Mail from ofm@amazon - Checkpoint - 06-02-2020 it's a warning. If you do another refund they will close your account, probably. How many refunds did you do? RE: Mail from ofm@amazon - asianguy845 - 06-02-2020 This probably means they are suspicious. Do some purchases now and don't refund, this might get them off your back
RE: Mail from ofm@amazon - mothered - 06-02-2020 It's the usual message generated by Amazon when suspicion Is raised on the account. As said, wait a while before performing another SE.
