John Lewis Refund - Mickeys - 05-09-2020 Looking to refund John Lewis of an iPhone 11 Pro Max - £1,200 What method should I use for this? I was thinking of doing tid method. Anyone have any experience with JL refunds of this value? RE: John Lewis Refund - Mickeys - 05-09-2020 Bump Anyone with any experience? RE: John Lewis Refund - jdeemlg - 05-10-2020 50/50 with John lewis myself, they are either stubborn af or really helpful. Managed to SE an iPad from them easily as my mom ordered it, and I noticed the post man just left it on our bin and no one was home. Was simple. Tried to do a pair of airpods to my work and they wouldnt even entertain the idea. Seems like refunders use the Fake TID method for JL from what I suspect, so going to give that a give a go. Might do a small order first and if works build up. RE: John Lewis Refund - mothered - 05-10-2020 Due to the COVID-19, a lot of carriers are not accepting signatures on delivery. See whether this applies and If so, then the DNA method Is well-suited. Wouldn't it lead to an investigation, considering the value of the item in question? A lot of DNAs result In an Investigation opened. They need to cross-check the consignment against the carrier's manifest. Do remember that It's simply part of company protocol to move forward with the claim. The majority have a successful outcome. I would try a DNA but ordered from amazon about a month ago and instead of signatures - they are taking literal photos of the package on my doorstep. Not sure if they included me in the picture but definitely a wide-angle shot. Also DNA for an item of this value, not too confident. I'm trying tid with other stores atm, if it works I'm moving onto JL
