Attempting Logitech G Pro SE but theyre asking for a video recording - aaron210 - 05-07-2020 Has anyone ever bypassed this step? They want a video of me going in this website that they recommended to test out if my mouse is actually double clicking(this was my excuse for the SE) and then at the end of the video they want me to record the serial number inside of the mouse as further proof. RE: Attempting Logitech G Pro SE but theyre asking for a video recording - Jay875 - 05-07-2020 Try sending a corrupted video. What's the actual site they're requesting you to visit? In the same email they mention if I can't email them the video to use Google drive or YouTube so not sure how to bypass that. If you change a single character In the URL, It will render the video nonfunctional- do this and send It. Assure them that It's working perfectly fine on your end. The good thing about It, Is that It will still show the video belongs to the given site (YouTube/Google Drive), but It cannot be viewed. This gives the Impression that you're complying with their request. Do you happen to have a legit POP for a g pro wireless mouse. Last time I tried Logitech and used a fake Amazon they DID cross check and deemed it was not a valid one.(05-07-2020, 06:49 AM)aaron210 Wrote: In the same email they mention if I can't email them the video to use Google drive or YouTube so not sure how to bypass that. All the best with the SE. Unfortunately, I don't have a POP. So the corrupted video worked as t hey have now move passed that step but now they are asking for proof of destruction with pictures of serial n stuff. Is their a way to now bypass this or should i tell them that im too fragile to do such a thing or what. I was quite confident that the corrupted video would work. This gives the Impression that you're making an effort on your end to meet their expectations, and beyond. Obviously you won't send It, so box them. It only weighs 81 grams, hence light & small enough to box. RE: Attempting Logitech G Pro SE but theyre asking for a video recording - ItsAras - 05-16-2020 Corrupted images won't work. You had a chance to give a video which is really easy to make from a picture. Restart it. |
