NIKE ADVICE - TechnoAli - 02-27-2020
So, i bought 2 shirts and one pair of shoes from nike.com. I hoped to get the shoes free with the partial method but now it seems as if nike is sending me 2 packages... Because it says order 1/2 and order 2/2 on the order page. (They do have same tracking number for DPD) The packages are arriving tommorow and i would love to get an alternative way to get the shoes free. Amazon says the shipping weight is 2.65 pounds. I should mention i have done a previous refund on this account with shoes too. Look forward to the help.

Hey mothered I just ordered a Nike basket worth £450 that includes 2 shoes , one pair of joggers and one tracksuit. Any idea how I can refund this , do you reckon I should dna , but I have heard horror stories of dpd coming to investigate .

If the courier used for the delivery is DPD then it will be hard to DNA. They take pictures and use that as proof of delivery.
As you say there have been reports on this forum regarding DPD drivers coming back to check on the delivery and why was it not delivered.
