I think he is trying to SE Tenga direct and they are asking for his order number before they can look into his complaint.
I would reply by saying that purchase the item for example from amazon and not directly with Tenga. Supply a false POP from amazon generator say you bought it around Christmas time and amazon no longer accept return, so you are now claiming under warranty.
