hi so i have done some refunds before but it was some time ago and was wondering if i could do DNA on a parcel that weighs 2kg or would it be better to do partial? i have ordered a necklace which weighs around 50/100 grams max and then two tracksuit bottoms what would be best advise asap please
one tracksuit is heavier than the other i want to keep the heavier one because it fits but the necklace is a priority

The weight Is Immaterial when using the DNA method.

i am looking to se the Nike tech tracksuit bottoms and also the necklace, as i ordered 2 tracksuits one of the tracksuit bottoms does not fit me so i don't mind if keep or send that back, the parcel was thrown over my back gate and left a note if that helps?
any help would be much appreciated as would love to send the email tonight and hope for the best

Any big retailer og airpods is a good place, Ive done other than Amazon for the new airpods pro, i did missing item in a bigger order and a DNA when i didnt have to sign for the other.

Stating the obvious, Amazon.
Given they're extremely light (38 grams for the charging case and 4 grams for each pod), they'll barely register a weight on consignment, hence It will be extremely difficult to cross-check the details against the carrier's manifest.
As such, the missing Item method Is well-suited.
