Help SEing Microsoft Store - renold458 - 02-09-2020 Just want to ask for help before I attempt an SE for Microsoft. I’m looking to get a Surface Pro 7, keyboard, and pen. Does anyone know the carrier used by Microsoft or does it vary? Had a successful Lenovo SE but don’t want to push my luck if it’s UPS since that was the carrier for that item. What’s a known good method if anyone has done SE for a Surface? Unsure if the accessories will make some methods harder to pull off. DNA, yes, It's a universal carrier-based method. On the other hand, the wrong Item received method Is solely the company/seller's responsibility. Was mostly curious so I dont waste my time ordering ya know? However I figured by this point Microsoft would've made sure signature is required at a 2k purchase. But guess I wont know till I try, eh? For Instance, a signature on delivery, has no Impact on the wrong Item received or missing Item/partial method. For sure for sure brother. Gonna order it later today, and follow up on the process. Question for you, have you heard of carriers during investigation physically going to the delivery address to verify issues with shipment? I have an idea that involves my leasing office, but it wouldn't work if a rep for the carrier asks questions in person. In my last 4 DNA i had 1 Call and 2 visits, call was very angry and threatening, i basically just said 'fuck you and hung up'. Then her came for visit, i didnt open the door at that time, the courier then tried to apprehend my claim by saying they delivered it. IT backfired when i requested the legal documentation and they couldnt deliver, the other visit was cool, Guy was like "yo have you seen this package, cant remember if i gave IT to you". Although It's not a commonality, I've read many reports of carriers visiting the premises to try and confirm receipt of goods. I've also personally experienced It only the one time, quite a few years ago. Yeah documentation is so important. Can’t go off of word alone especially as a carrier. What carrier were these if I may ask? But update, just got the everything. Left at my leasing office, but I picked it up before they signed it into their system so there’s no concrete record of me getting it from them. And best of all: tracking says no signature required. Now, I’m wondering if I should open investigation with PayPal, or just contact Microsoft directly. I’ll give it a few hours so when I tell them I looked for the package it’ll seem like I did so. |
