Logitech SN Generator for SE's - critikal17 - 01-08-2020

It's a little outdated so it can only produce SN's for G933, G910, G610, the UE Boom 2 and the UE Megaboom
Logitech patched the ability to automatically check if one is valid or not, so you must manually try and register each SN, which can be time consuming.

I've had no problems running it and MalwareBytes says it's clean but I'd still run it sandboxed to be safe.

Nice.

Rather than the archive, do remember to scan the executable file.

Nice post but doesn't Logitech sadly ask for proof via video and a image of there items when you try to SE them?

Sometimes perhaps, but there's always ways around this. I have a few methods, but the simplest one is using https://corrupt-a-file.net/

I thought a corrupt file might work but never tried, think I'll give it a try if it works

They've tightened their claims management policies and requesting proof of a video/Image, Is very much a commonality nowadays.

I remember the good old days back on Darkpid, I was trying an SE for an expensive vinyl record player. They asked for a video of the issue, which I obviously couldn't provide, so I came up with what is still one of the most hilarious working methods to me. I claimed to be the son of VERY strict parents who were conspiracy nuts, that believed the government was watching them through any and every camera. Therefore, I was not allowed to take photos or videos inside the house. They bought it and actually sent their sympathies, and I got the record player. I'm actually listening to a record on that very player as I'm writing this.

Moral of the story, there's a way around everything if you can get creative enough.

The art of manipulating and exploiting the human firewall at Its best.

Absolutely.

I exploit on a daily basis, by using (where applicable) a combination of technical and social engineering attack vectors and to this day, have yet to fail. In fact, a couple of days ago, I compromised an entity linked (and owned) by the government website In my country. In my 30+ years of computing, It's the biggest breach. Due to It's magnitude, I'm still sifting through the user data.

I love the use of human exploitation in applications beyond refunding/SE. When I was 15 I snuck away to go to NYC to go see this girl, and we needed a place to, ya know, get it on, but neither of us could book a room because we were under 18. I basically pulled a Home Alone by saying my dad was on a business meeting, the cab just dropped us off, etc, he would be by to grab the second key sometime that afternoon. We got the key, no ID needed, did our thing, and left the key in the room. Then we walked out, no payment, no nothing. That was the first point that I ever really manipulated someone at that level. Now, I've used SE for things like sim swapping, free upgrades to first class, and the works. There really is no limit on what you can do if you have the guts and the wit.

Do you guys think a corrupt video file would do the trick? I've opened a ticket and have a image of a serial and the mouse so I'm hoping it still works, can't see why not I can even add a spin on it if they ask for it to be taken with a different camera last time I tried them the video was what stopped the SE and I gave up
